How To Complete The Survey
The customer survey will take just a few minutes to complete. Here are the steps to get started.
- Visit www.storeopinion.ca within 7 days of your purchase at at No Frills, Superstore, Real Canadian Superstore or Loblaws.
- Enter the 19-21-digit code located on the bottom of your receipt to start.
- Complete the survey as directed.
- Once completed, fill in any mandatory fields on the Contest entry page including your full name, email address, province/territory and telephone number.
- Upon completion of the survey, you will automatically receive one entry into the applicable Monthly Draw Period.
Tip: To enter without purchase, visit www.storeopinion.ca and select “Don’t have a Receipt”.
Contest Rules
- Eligibility: Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who are age of majority or older in their respective province or territory of residence as of the Contest Start Date.
- Contest Period: The Contest begins on January 1, 2025 at 12:00:01 AM (ET) and closes December 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM (ET).
- Limit: Limit 5 entries per person per Monthly Draw Period.
- Prize(s): There will be 24 prizes available to be won. Each winner will be given the opportunity to select either a $1000 PC gift card OR 1,000,000 PC Optimum points.
