How To Complete The Survey
The Customer Satisfaction Survey will take just a few minutes to complete. Here are the steps to get started.
- If you have made a purchase in-store at a participating Mark’s store, you will be given a receipt that includes a link to a survey or receive an invitation with a link via email to complete a survey.
- Visit www.marks-survey.com, if you made a purchase at Mark’s.
- To begin the survey, enter the survey code located at the bottom of your receipt and click “Begin Survey”.
- Take the survey by answering all questions asked.
- Indicate if you’d like to enter the Contest for a chance to win.
Contest Rules
- Eligibility: To be eligible for this Contest, an individual must be a legal resident of Canada and be 18 years of age or older in his/her province or territory at time of entry.
- Contest Period: The Contest starts at 12:01 a.m. MST on January 1, 2025 and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. MST
- Limit: Limit of one Entry per person per Banner per Entry Period.
- Prize(s):
- There are a total of 24 Prizes available to be won.
- Each Prize consists of a $500 gift card to Mark’s.
- The total ARV of all the Prizes is $12,000.
