How To Complete The Survey
The FoodBasics Survey take about 4 minutes to complete.
- Once you made a purchase at FoodBasics in Ontario, then go online to https://foodbasicsfeedback.com/ to get started.
- Select “I Visited A Store” or “I Made My Purchase Online”.
- Enter the code found on your receipt and click “Start Survey”.
- Follow the instruction to complete a brief survey.
- Once the survey is completed, enter the Contest as directed.
Rules:
- The Contest ends at 11:59:59 AM ET on September 28, 2024.
- To be eligible to enter and to win a Prize in the Contest, a person must be a resident of the Province of Ontario, Canada who has reached the age of 18 years old at the time he/she enters the Contest.
- There are 12 Prizes available to be won in the Contest, one for each Monthly Period. Each Prize consists of $1,000 in Metro gift cards. ARV of each Prize is $1,000.
