How To Complete The Survey
The Tell Rexall survey will take just a few minutes to complete. Here are the steps to get started.
- Once you made a purchase at Rexall, go online to https://www.tellrexall.ca.
- Select if you have a receipt or not. If you do, make sure it’s handy.
- Enter the following information from your receipt: Total amount spent, Date of Visit, Time of Visit, and Survey Entry Code.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the survey.
- Select if you would like to be entered into the Be Well Tell Rexall Contest and provide your contact information.
Please note, it will take approximately 4-6 weeks from the day you complete the survey for the 100 Be Well points to be awarded on your account.
Contest Rules
- Eligibility: To enter and be eligible to win, an entrant must be a resident of Canada (excluding Quebec) and a member of the BE WELL Program, who is at least age of majority in his/her province of residence.
- Contest Period: Begins on March 31, 2024 and ends on March 29, 2025.
- Limit: Limit of 3 entries per person per contest period.
- Prize(s): 1,000,000 Be Well points
- Alternative Entry: To enter without making a purchase, print your name, 19-digit Be Well Card number, e-mail address registered to your Be Well account, mailing address and a telephone number clearly and legibly on a plain piece of paper.
