- Begin by entering the 26-digit McDonald’s Survey code printed on your receipt. If you don’t have a code, click here.
- Take your time answering the answers as directed.
- Upon completion of the survey, you will be given a validation code that can be used to redeem the offer printed on your receipt.
Customers may participate in up to 5 surveys per month per restaurant.
Reward Details
- Expires 30 days after date issued.
- Valid for product of equal or lesser value.
